Goliath Sport is a division of Goliath Advisory ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

Enquiry and careers forms: your name, company, email, phone number, preferred location, area of interest, LinkedIn URL and message, when you choose to send them.
Analytics (only with your consent): anonymised usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

We use form submissions only to respond to your enquiry or to consider you for future roles. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (enquiries) and consent (careers and analytics).

We use trusted processors to run this website and deliver form submissions: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), our email automation provider, and Google (analytics, if you consent). We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Careers submissions are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@goliathsport.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
